Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, Transmitted material, User details, Termination,

We accept all cancellations made before the cut-off time of our shipping. Please reach out to our customer services for cancellation requests and refunds. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or transactions violating the terms of website use, we are at our sole discretion to cancel such orders. These customers/accounts will be denied access to the use of the site or purchase of products in the future.

REQUIREMENT FOR A VALID RETURN:

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc) Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check out below)  

VALID CONDITIONS AND REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM (General):

• Delivery of the wrong product

• Delivery of defective product

• Delivery of the products with missing items

• Incorrect content on the website

Orion Home Appliances does not warrant the privacy and/or security of e-mails while they are being transmitted over the internet, nor does Orion Home Appliances guarantee that any e-mails sent from the site will be received by you or by Orion Home Appliances if sent by you.

User details

You must not share your user details with anyone else if Orion Home Appliances gives them to you to allow your use of or access to the site (collectively, "user details"). It will be your obligation to make sure that no one else learns about your login data. You alone are responsible for all actions taken using your user information, whether they are authorized or illegal, and whether they use your user details for good or bad. You have permitted Orion Home Appliances to fulfill requests made using that information. Orion Home Appliances cannot and will not be held liable for any changes made to your user information by anyone else using your user information, or for any loss or damage brought on by your failure to adequately protect your user information. Your user information should not be written down; instead, you should memorize it for security purposes. 

Termination

Orion Home Appliances reserves the right to cancel the terms and conditions for any reason at any time without prior notice to you. If your agreement is terminated, you won't be able to use our site, and if legal action is taken, you won't be able to log in with your old passwords or account information. You won't be able to fully or partially access or utilize the website. Any rights and responsibilities of the account holder that existed before the date of termination (including, without limitation, payment obligations) will not be affected by the agreement's termination. You won't owe anything to our site as a result of any such termination. Our only recommendation is that you stop using the site if you are unhappy with the terms and conditions, policies, or operations of Orion Home Appliances Ltd.
